Since getting married in 2004, Mike and I have primarily worked as "Gypsy Chefs." In 2011, after seven years of traveling as contract chefs for various companies and events across the US and Canada, I agreed to spend one, and only one, winter working in the Rockies. Since I was absolutely adamant about only one season, we returned to Colorado for nine more winters before becoming permanent year-round residents.
Over the years, friends and clients told us that we should package and sell our homemade granola. But, for some time, we had only eaten our own. We thought granola was granola. Until one day, eating trendy granola bought at the grocery store, we realized that we needed to do this. So we did. Hope you enjoy!
